Custom domain

Custom domain keeps your firm’s custom domain records.

• What’s recorded: Domain (e.g. portal.yourfirm.com), Notes
• Steps: Requested → DNS verified / Removed; DNS verified → Live / Requested / Removed; Live → Removed. The database only allows these moves.
• Check DNS — confirms your domain’s CNAME points to portal.investorportalpro.com and marks it DNS verified.
• Use + New to add one, click a row to open it, and Export CSV to download. Every change is in the Audit trail.
