Data rooms keeps your firm’s data room records.

• What’s recorded: Room name, Fund, What's inside, Watermark downloads with the viewer's name, Close access on
• Steps: Open → Closed; Closed → Open. The database only allows these moves.
• Use + New to add one, click a row to open it, and Export CSV to download. Every change is in the Audit trail.
