Favorites & Recents
Short answer: Star anything to pin it under Favorites at the top of the left menu:
Star anything to pin it under Favorites at the top of the left menu:
- Pages — the star in each page header (or press `f`)
- Reports — hover a report tile and click its star
- Integrations — the star on each card
- Contacts and funds — hover a row in the table
Clicking a favorite reopens that exact thing: the report opens its viewer, a contact opens their profile.
Recents records every page and object you open, including CRM views (“CRM · Likely to close”).
