Getting paid: wires, refunds and payouts

Investors always pay you — directly into the deal's own bank account. INVESTOR PORTAL PRO never holds investor money.

• Link the deal bank account (Manage deal → Getting paid) — read-only, through Plaid; INVESTOR PORTAL PRO matches incoming wires to investors by amount and name every hour and marks them Wire received (wire fees up to $75 are allowed for)
• Minimum raise — set one on the deal and it can't close below it; if the closing date passes short, choose Cancel deal and refund investors, refund each funded investor from the deal account, and click Refund on their row to record it
• Payouts — after each distribution, download the Payment file and upload it to your bank's bulk-payment screen
