InvestorPortaLPro™ respects your privacy. We have attempted to make this policy clear and concise.

This document sets out our Privacy Policy which outlines how we collect, retain, use and disclose personally identifiable data ("Personal Data") and other information that is collected from visitors to the our websites, and users of our Services, (collectively, the "Users"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources.

Information Collection and Use

We collect Personal Data when you voluntarily provide such information to us, such as when you opt in for one of our electronic newsletters, register for access to the Site, or post User Content to the Site. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, investment preferences and accredited investor status. Personal Data can also be provided when you contact us with inquiries, post commentary or other information to the Site, or respond to questions from our staff or service providers or otherwise correspond with us or our service providers. If you refer us business, we may store the referred name and email address and send them email. We will also record the fact that you originated the referral to help provide the Service.

The Site and the Service may not be used by minors under the age of 18 and to the extent we become aware that a User is less than 18 years old we will take steps to remove all Personal Data of such minor.

Storage and Security

We protect your Personal Data by using commercially reasonable, industry standard practices. Since no protection method of electronic storage or transmission of data is completely secure, we make no guarantees about the protection of Personal Data against unauthorized access or theft. In the event that Personal Data is compromised as a result of a breach of our security measures we will notify the people whose Personal Data was compromised in accordance with this policy and applicable law. We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for our Service.

Opting Out; Changes to the Privacy Policy; Inquiries

At any time you can "opt out" of the Site, and InvestorPortaLPro™ communications by emailing us at solutions @ investorportalpro.com. We will strive to comply with your request within 30 days. If you choose to opt out, the terms of this Privacy Policy (as updated from time to time) will still apply, and we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Our Privacy Policy may change at any time. If it does, we will post the new policy on the Site and the new policy will be immediately effective upon posting.
